Geezer cats
A housecat's lifespan generally averages eight to fifteen years. Good nutrition, adequate exercise and veterinary intervention as needed in many cases pushes this envelope allowing the cat many more "geezer" years. Many are on record living well into their twenties and a few into their thirties. Knowing how to address the special needs of these geriatric felines becomes crucial to their longevity.
