Operation cat drop

In the early 1950's the World Health Organization conducted an operation over the island nation of Borneo which is rarely spoken of and reamins buried in it's records to this day. Read about this peculiar experiment which may seem absurd by today's standards but apparently was a reasonable solution to a problem at that time.
